Who is eligible for Conclude Free?
Startups and registered educational institutions are eligible. A startup must be a pre-revenue company with fewer than 10 employees and limited funding. For educational institutions, the free plan includes up to 20 seats. Please contact us to see if you qualify.

How does your pricing model work?
Conclude pricing is based on the number of internal active users. External users (your customers or partners) are never counted.
Who counts as an active user for Conclude Connect?
An active user is someone from your company who actively participates in connected channels, sends messages or reactions, or joins direct chats between Slack and Teams. Users are counted only once, even if they are part of multiple connections. Learn more.
What is an external user?
An external user is someone outside your organization who has been invited to join an external connection. For example, a customer or partner participating via Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Do external users count as active users in Conclude Connect?
No. External users never count towards your billable active users. Learn more.
How does Conclude display the number of active users?
Conclude calculates and displays the number of active users in the Admin settings of the web dashboard.

Go to Admin console > Account overview to see the number of active and licensed users.
Go to Admin console > Users and check the “Show only active users” box to see a filtered list.
Who counts as an active user in Conclude Apps (Thread mode)?
Anyone who installs or modifies the app, is a member of the main channel where Conclude is installed, or participates in ticket threads by commenting or updating attributes. Learn more.
Who counts as an active user in Conclude Apps (Channel mode)?
Anyone who installs or modifies the app, is a member of a dedicated ticket channel, or engages with tickets by commenting or updating attributes. Members of the main app channel are not counted unless they interact with tickets.
Who counts as an active user in Conclude Apps for Customer Support?
Only your internal team members count. An active user is someone from your company who participates in external-facing channels, is assigned tickets, or collaborates to resolve them. Customers are never counted. Learn more.
How many external channel connections are included in the Pro plan?
The Pro plan includes 10 external channels. Additional channels can be added for $5/month each.
What’s included in the Enterprise Plan?
The Enterprise plan offers tailored pricing, with flexible limits and volume discounts for larger accounts.
Are there any limitations during the free trial?
No. The free trial includes full access to all solutions with no restrictions on users or features.
Is it possible to get an extended trial?
Our standard free trial is 14 days. It can be extended by agreement if further testing is required. Please contact us directly if you need an extension.
