### Unified collaboration on Slack and Microsoft Teams

This documentation explains how to set up and use Conclude across Slack and Microsoft Teams. It covers both admin setup and end-user guidance.

### Our solutions

Conclude enables businesses to **streamline all types of ticketing and chat interoperability between Slack and Microsoft Teams,** so people in the same organization – or customers and partners – can collaborate more effectively from their platform of choice.

#### Connect

[Conclude Connect](https://conclude.io/product/connect/) is a Slack and Microsoft Teams integration. Connect Slack and Microsoft Teams for true chat interoperability with message and file sharing and syncing. Use Connect to link approved channels and chats for [internal collaboration](https://conclude.io/product/connect-internal/) (same company or workplace), collaborate securely with [customers or partners](https://conclude.io/product/connect-external/) (externally), or to [set up intercompany Slack-Teams bridge](https://conclude.io/product/bridge/) – a deeper integration for companies with established partner ecosystems, or for those undergoing mergers and acquisitions.

#### Apps

[Conclude Apps](https://conclude.io/product/apps/) – create and run workflows for issues, incidents, and support tickets in [Microsoft Teams](https://conclude.io/product/apps-teams/) and [Slack](https://conclude.io/product/apps-slack/). Optional integrations include [Jira Cloud](https://conclude.io/product/jira-integration/) and [Zendesk ](https://conclude.io/product/support/)for Slack and Teams. [Connected Apps](https://conclude.io/product/connected-apps/) combines Connect and Apps, enabling teams to create, update, and track tickets across connected Slack and Microsoft Teams channels simultaneously.

* **End users:** see our User guides (how to use connected channels and chats)

### Building with YAML (Conclude Apps)

Conclude Apps can be configured in the web UI (dashboard) or via [YAML](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/YAML). YAML is a human-readable format used to define settings and templates – it doesn’t require programming.

App templates are open-source, allowing you to modify and redistribute them as desired. These can be accessed at [github.com/conclude-app/apps](https://github.com/conclude-app/apps).

Go to the next [section](https://conclude.io/doc/developer/get-started/) for instructions on how to get started with Conclude.
