Active users (Connect)

Active user definition

For Conclude Connect, the definition of an active user depends on the use case:

Internal connections (users)

An active user is someone who creates or modifies links between tools, actively engages in connected channels, participates in conversations within those channels, or takes part in direct chats between internal Slack and Microsoft Teams environments (beyond just reading). Users are counted only once, even if they participate in multiple connections.

External connections (users)

The definition of an active user is the same as for internal connections.

External user definition

An external user is an individual outside your company who has been invited to participate in an external connection. External users are not counted as active users.

Active user count

Conclude calculates and displays the number of active users in the Admin settings of the web dashboard. Go to Settings > Admin > Account overview to view the total count. Admins can also see more detail about active users. Go to Settings > Admin > Users and check the “Show only active users” box to filter the list.
