Introduction
Unified collaboration on Slack and Microsoft Teams
This documentation explains how to set up and use Conclude across Slack and Microsoft Teams. It covers both admin setup and end-user guidance.
Our solutions
Conclude enables businesses to streamline all types of ticketing and chat interoperability between Slack and Microsoft Teams, so people in the same organization – or customers and partners – can collaborate more effectively from their platform of choice.
Connect
Conclude Connect is a Slack and Microsoft Teams integration. Connect Slack and Microsoft Teams for two-way chat interoperability. Use it to link approved channels and chats for internal collaboration (same company), or to collaborate securely with external partners.
Apps
Conclude Apps – create and run no-code workflows for issues, incidents, and support tickets in Microsoft Teams and Slack. Optional integrations include Jira Cloud and Zendesk for Slack and Teams.
Connected Apps
Connected Apps combines Connect and Apps, enabling teams to create, update, and track tickets across connected Slack and Microsoft Teams channels simultaneously. It is the first solution of its kind to offer true cross-platform ticketing workflows, with two-way sync.

- End users: see our User guides (how to use connected channels and chats)
Building with YAML (Conclude Apps)
Conclude Apps can be configured in the web UI (dashboard) or via YAML. YAML is a human-readable format used to define settings and templates – it doesn’t require programming.
App templates are open-source, allowing you to modify and redistribute them as desired. These can be accessed at github.com/conclude-app/apps.
