Jira Commands

The Slack commands listed here are specific to Conclude’s Jira connector.

Use /c jira help to see the documentation for Jira commands in Slack.

View the Jira status

• /c jira status displays your login status.
• /c jira connections displays a list of active connections to Jira.

Login and logout

• /c jira login to sign in to Jira from Slack.
• /c jira logout to sign out from Jira.

Synchronization

• /c jira sync manually synchronizes a Slack ticket with a Jira issue.
• /c jira export exports a Slack ticket to Jira.
• /c jira import <issue-id> imports an issue from Jira.
