Explanation
Users
Admin console > Users and access > Users lists your users. You can filter the list by active or inactive status, and by whether someone has signed in. Admins select people and click Send sign-in reminder. Reminders only go to users who have not signed in.
How user identities map across platforms
A person becomes a Conclude user by signing in with Slack, Microsoft, or both. If they sign in with both and the two accounts share an email address, Conclude links the identities to one Conclude user. If the addresses differ, an admin merges them. Conclude can then post that person’s synced messages on Microsoft Teams under their own identity instead of a bot identity.
Some people have no linked credentials in a Microsoft tenant, such as external users and colleagues who have not signed in yet. A fallback integration account posts their messages. Its page appears under Organization only when the account has a Microsoft Teams workspace.
What you can do here
- Merge user accounts combines one person’s separate Slack and Teams accounts
- Hide user accounts keeps guests and departed people out of the directory and the pickers
- Manage email domains chooses which email domains the directory lists
Who counts as an active user, and so drives billing, is on Active users (Connect) and Active users (Apps).
