# Organization

> The Organization section of the Admin console, where an admin manages the account, the subscription, the connected workspaces, the Microsoft Teams integration account and organization-wide settings.

This section is for admins. Conclude's account model has three levels:

- **Account** — one per organization
- **Workspace** — a Slack workspace or a Microsoft Teams tenant attached to the account
- **User** — a person whose Slack and Microsoft identities are linked into one Conclude user

The **Organization** section of the Admin console holds the first two levels. [Users and access](https://conclude.io/doc/admin/users-and-access/) holds the third. Companies you connect with through [external connections](https://conclude.io/doc/connect/external/) or [Bridge](https://conclude.io/doc/connect/bridge/) have their own Conclude accounts. An external connection links a channel between two accounts. It does not add their workspace to yours, and their users don't count among your [active users](https://conclude.io/doc/admin/organization/billing/active-users-connect/).
