Active user definition
In Conclude Connect, what counts as an active user depends on the use case.
Internal connections (users)
An active user is someone who did one of these things in the last 90 days:
- created or changed a link between tools,
- took an active part in a connected channel,
- joined a conversation in one of those channels, or
- took part in a direct chat between internal Slack and Microsoft Teams environments, beyond just reading it
Each user is counted once, even if they take part in several connections.
External connections (users)
The definition of an active user is the same as for internal connections.
External user definition
An external user is a person outside your company who has been invited to take part in an external connection. External users are not counted as active users.
Active user count
- Conclude counts active users and shows the number in the Admin console
- Go to Admin console > Organization > Account to see the number of active and licensed users. The active user figure appears once the count is above zero
- Go to Admin console > Users and access > Users , open the filter menu and choose Active under Activity to see a filtered list
