Organization

This section is for admins. Conclude’s account model has three levels:

  • Account — one per organization
  • Workspace — a Slack workspace or a Microsoft Teams tenant attached to the account
  • User — a person whose Slack and Microsoft identities are linked into one Conclude user

The Organization section of the Admin console holds the first two levels. Users and access holds the third. For the setup steps, see the internal and external quickstarts.

Companies you connect with through external connections or Bridge have their own Conclude accounts. An external connection links a channel between two accounts. It does not add their workspace to yours, and their users don’t count among your active users.
