Connect

The Connect section is listed while any connection type is on under Solutions. Its pages:

• Admin console > Connect > Sync settings  has a tab for each connection type: Internal connections, External connections and Bridge. Each tab sets how much thread history a new connection syncs, and the policy for files and images under Manage attachments. See Message syncing and File and image sharing
• Admin console > Connect > Message display  sets how the sender appears in synced messages, and whether email addresses show next to names when people set up chats. See Message headers and Cross-platform chats

Connections themselves are made in the Dashboard, not in the console. The Connect chapter covers them.
