The **Agents** section is listed while Agents is on under [Solutions](https://conclude.io/doc/admin/solutions/). Its pages:

- [**Admin console > Agents > All agents**](https://conclude.io/admin/agents/all) lists the agents. Here you create and edit them, and add a provider key
- [**Admin console > Agents > Deployment**](https://conclude.io/admin/agents/deployment) lists every channel with an agent or with learning on. A row shows the channel's app, what each agent does there, and the learning switch. It is in beta
- [**Admin console > Agents > Learning**](https://conclude.io/admin/agents/learning) holds what channels learned from their conversations and closed tickets. Nothing is used until someone adds it to knowledge. It is in beta
