Conclude vs SlackBridge
Conclude is a collaboration platform for Slack and Microsoft Teams. Its Slack and Teams integration, Conclude Connect, connects teams within the same company, as well as clients and partners, using channel links and chats. SlackBridge is a channel bridge that connects a Slack workspace to clients (external connections) on Microsoft Teams.
Beyond chat interoperability, Conclude adds cross-platform ticketing, integrations with Jira and Zendesk, and AI agents. It is SOC 2 Type II certified, HIPAA compliant, and GDPR compliant.
If you only need a few Slack channels linked to clients on Teams, SlackBridge is currently less expensive. If Slack and Teams need to work together across your whole organization or with vendors, subsidiaries, and partners, Conclude covers every scenario.
A complete Slack and Teams integration
Conclude Connect is a complete chat interoperability solution for Slack and Microsoft Teams. It covers every scenario where people need to work together:
- Bridge – connect separate organizational structures within one company, such as subsidiaries or businesses going through mergers and acquisitions. Use one invite for multiple channels.
- Internal – connect teams and workspaces in the same organization; for example, the engineering team is on Slack while leadership is on Teams. Set up channel links and chat connections with commands on Slack and Teams.
- External – connect with clients and partners on their preferred platform, with the invite sent from either Slack or Teams; the invited company doesn’t need a Conclude license.
Conclude Connect also links Slack to Slack and Teams to Teams, and connects Teams chats with Slack channels.
SlackBridge is built for one scenario only: a Slack workspace connecting to clients on Microsoft Teams. Its site doesn’t describe internal or same-company connections.

How Conclude pricing works
Generally, Conclude charges per active user, so you only pay for the people on your team who use it.
- Internal users – always counted
- External users – your customers and partners are never counted
- Bridge users – counted on both sides
- Starter – $12 per user per month, for teams of 5–10 users
- Pro – $16 per user per month or $160 per user per year, 5-user minimum, including 10 external channels; extra channels $5/month each
- Enterprise – annual, 10-user minimum, from $240 per user per year, with volume discounts
An active user is someone from your company who participates in external-facing channels, is assigned tickets, or helps resolve them. See Conclude Pricing.
