Customizable Dashboard
All users now have a new, customizable Dashboard. Choose the components you want to see, including metrics, by clicking the cog in the bottom right and using the plus sign to add cards. This replaces the previous solutions overview.

Companies using Microsoft Teams can now connect chats when initiating external connections. Previously, only the receiving company could link a Teams chat, but now both sides can.

Flexible sync options for existing threads
Admins can decide how threads that were created before Conclude was added are handled. Options include syncing the full thread, part of the thread, or not syncing any replies. Default settings differ by connection type:.

Automatic sign-out
Admins can now enable and configure automatic sign-out for users after a set period of inactivity, adding an extra layer of security.

Users can now choose their preferred theme, with options including Conclude theme, dark mode, high contrast and system settings.

New admin controls for attachments and message headers
Admins can now customize how attachments are shared across connected Slack and Teams chats and channels. Choose to sync files, share links, or exclude attachments entirely, with separate rules for images. Admins can also control how user information is displayed in message headers, including whether to show mentions, full names, and email addresses.

We’ve introduced new Sign in with Slack (SIWS) and Sign in with Microsoft (SIWMS) options. This streamlines connections, ensures proper permissions, and reduces setup errors. The onboarding experience also offers a smoother, guided setup through the web dashboard.
