Admins can decide how threads that were created before Conclude was added are handled. Options include syncing the full thread, part of the thread, or not syncing any replies. Default settings differ by connection type:.

Admins can now enable and configure automatic sign-out for users after a set period of inactivity, adding an extra layer of security.

Users can now choose their preferred theme, with options including Conclude theme, dark mode, high contrast and system settings.

Admins can now customize how attachments are shared across connected Slack and Teams chats and channels. Choose to sync files, share links, or exclude attachments entirely, with separate rules for images. Admins can also control how user information is displayed in message headers, including whether to show mentions, full names, and email addresses.
We’ve expanded chat connection options for both internal and external setups:.

We’ve introduced new Sign in with Slack (SIWS) and Sign in with Microsoft (SIWMS) options. This streamlines connections, ensures proper permissions, and reduces setup errors. The onboarding experience also offers a smoother, guided setup through the web dashboard.

Users can @mention each other on Microsoft Teams and Slack channels when using external connections.

Users can now filter apps by team, sort tickets by status for better visibility, quickly view their assigned tasks based on different statuses, and create custom filters for a more efficient workflow.

The process for enabling Conclude Connect has been improved. External and internal connections are now separated in the solution overview and sidebar for clarity.

Admins can now merge user accounts with multiple email addresses to create a unified user profile in Conclude.

This is a special account that serves as a fallback to post messages into channels and chats when no user account is available.
