Users can now connect Microsoft Teams chats owned by another organization (including chats they were invited to), and sync them with Slack.

Account admins now have granular control over who can create connections and who can manage apps.
Control how files, attachments, and images are shared on a per-connection basis. Choose from: Use global policy, Sync all attachments, Share as links, or No attachments.

Choose whether to sync bot messages from Slack to Teams (configurable per channel connection). Note: Syncing bot messages from Teams to Slack is not yet supported. Configure existing connections under Channels > Edit connection > Bot messages, or under New connection > Settings > Bot messages.
There is a new-look, organized tab view under user Settings. These are: Personal info, Appearance and Workspace.

Groups settings by connection type, making it easier for admins to manage configurations. Accessible via the Admin console.

In addition to our Zendesk and Slack integration, you can now connect Zendesk to Microsoft Teams. Configure this in the Admin console to create tickets, post updates, and triage directly from Teams.

Admins now have a dedicated space to manage settings and enable solutions. You’ll find the Admin console at the bottom of the sidebar.

All users now have a new, customizable Dashboard. Choose the components you want to see, including metrics, by clicking the cog in the bottom right and using the plus sign to add cards. This replaces the previous solutions overview.

The Insights tab has been removed from the sidebar. All metrics are now available as web dashboard components.

It’s now even easier to set up new internal or external connections. In addition to linking existing channels or chats, you can now create new ones during the connection setup process.
