* To enable this feature, go to **Admin console > Configuration** and check **Allow channel-level overrides**. Then, from the user Dashboard:
  * **Internal connections**: Go to **Channels > Edit (pencil icon) > Attachment policy**
  * **External connections**: Go to **Connect external > Edit (pencil icon) > Attachment policy**
