Attachment policy update
Control how files, attachments, and images are shared on a per-connection basis. Choose from: Use global policy, Sync all attachments, Share as links, or No attachments.
- To enable this feature, go to Admin console > Configuration and check Allow channel-level overrides. Then, from the user Dashboard:
- Internal connections: Go to Channels > Edit (pencil icon) > Attachment policy
- External connections: Go to Connect external > Edit (pencil icon) > Attachment policy
