Admins can now repair Microsoft Teams integration account issues directly from the Admin console. Run diagnostics to identify connected channels or chats where the integration account is missing, then select Repair to add it and restore the required setup.
Admins can now choose which email domains appear in the Conclude user directory and user pickers. Users from excluded domains are no longer offered when selecting people for chats and other Conclude actions, but their Slack or Microsoft Teams accounts and access remain unchanged.
Admins can now configure a default Dashboard for their organization and prevent users from customizing their own view. Choose the cards and metrics that appear by default, and lock the Dashboard when you want everyone to use the same layout.
Admins can now hide duplicate, guest, legacy, or resource accounts that should not be available in Conclude. Hidden accounts are removed from the user directory, search, and Conclude user pickers, and can be reviewed or unhidden at any time from the Users page.
We’ve improved the Users page in the Admin console, making it easier for admins to find and manage user accounts. Admins can search and filter accounts, hide users, send sign-in reminders, and merge accounts when the same person has separate Slack and Microsoft Teams identities.
Integration account settings now have a dedicated page in the Admin console, making it easier to manage the account used for Microsoft Teams. Admins can also run diagnostics to verify that the account is valid, has a Teams license, is signed in to Conclude, and is present in the connected channels and chats where it is needed.
Connect Slack and Teams workspaces and tenants outside your organization with one admin invite, and link multiple channels while each side keeps full control.
Type /c chat in any Slack channel to see your recent cross-platform chats and start new ones from a redesigned dialog. Select members from a list of Slack and Microsoft Teams users, send the first message, and let Conclude auto-generate the channel name as you add people. Available with Connect – cross-platform (inside your organization); your Conclude admin controls access.
The Conclude Home tab in Slack now shows chats and connections directly, with dedicated tabs for the most common actions.
Users can now view important system alerts on the Dashboard by clicking the notification bell in the top-right corner. Alerts include message sync issues requiring attention.
Install a Conclude app in Slack or Microsoft Teams, connect your channels, and collaborate on tickets across both platforms. Tickets created on one platform are instantly visible on the other.
Jira setup flow has been improved, making it even easier to complete the integration during onboarding.
