February

  • Feature: Improved web UI with advanced filtering options. Users can now filter apps by team, sort activities by status for better visibility, quickly view their assigned tasks based on different statuses, and create custom filters for a more efficient workflow.

December

  • Feature: Updated web UI. The process for enabling Conclude Connect has been improved. External and internal connections are now separated in the solution overview and sidebar for clarity.

  • Feature: Merge user accounts. Admins can now merge user accounts with multiple email addresses to create a unified user profile in Conclude.

  • Feature: Integration account for Microsoft Teams. This is a special account that serves as a fallback to post messages into channels and chats when no user account is available.
  • Feature: Improved user management for admins. Admins can view a list of active and inactive users from the Users tab within Admin settings. They can also send sign-in reminders to users who need to connect Conclude to the Slack or Teams account associated with their team.

  • New solution: Conclude Apps for Microsoft Teams. No-code apps for ticket management, help desk, bug tracking, incidents and more. Install Conclude via Teams or AppSource.
