2024 was another impactful year for Conclude with new products, integrations, and customer growth. In this blog, we highlight some key moments of the year that was.
Expanding our reach with Jira and Zendesk integrations
In March, Conclude’s Jira integration became available on the Atlassian Marketplace. The integration helps Slack users simplify projects and issue management by syncing tickets between Slack and Jira.
Conclude’s ticketing for customer support tickets on Slack was further enhanced with the launch of a Zendesk integration in June. This solution – part of Conclude Apps – seamlessly syncs chats and tickets, offering businesses an organized, lightweight, and efficient conversational ticketing system.
As Christian Romming, Founder and CEO at Etleap explained, “Conclude allows us to open support tickets from Slack and includes the vital Zendesk integration that we rely on to keep our customers happy.”

The reorganization and renaming of our solutions
In 2024, Conclude’s product suite underwent numerous improvements and updates.
Some changes were minor, while others were more significant, such as enhancing the user interface and renaming our solutions to Conclude Apps and Conclude Link (for internal and external apps and connections). Later, these were updated to Conclude Apps and Conclude Connect (formerly Link) to minimize confusion between two similarly named products.
External connections on Slack and Microsoft Teams
One of the most significant pain points shared with us in 2024 was the frustration of switching between Slack and Microsoft Teams, along with the challenges of collaborating with external customers and clients using either messaging platform.
After releasing a beta version, in August Conclude introduced a solution that allowed companies to create secure, external channel connections between Slack and Teams. This has been a game changer for businesses and agencies seeking seamless, two-way collaboration with customers. The solution – now called Conclude Connect – will continue to evolve in 2025, with plans to include private chat functionality. Learn more here.
Conclude launches on Microsoft Teams and AppSource
In September, Conclude launched on Microsoft Teams and the AppSource Marketplace, allowing millions of new users to manage all types of tickets directly within Teams.
CEO and Co-founder, Haavard Nord said “Conclude is delighted to launch on Microsoft Teams and be accessible to more than 320 million users globally. We have been working to make Conclude a powerful collaboration platform with no-code apps that streamline workflows, and a Microsoft Teams and Slack integration for better cross-team communication.”
Although Conclude Apps is favored by support teams, IT help desk, and engineers, Conclude can be used by any team to manage projects and track important conversations.
“Anywhere there’s a need for collaboration, Conclude Apps can be used”, explained Head of Product, Brana Savic. “… Internally, we use apps to capture feedback, report bugs, track sales deals, launch events, or manage marketing projects. Their application is almost endless.”

SOC 2 Type II compliance approval
In October Conclude celebrated an important milestone by attaining SOC 2 Type II compliance.
Achieving this required months of team effort and Conclude was eventually certified by Vanta Trust. This milestone underscores our commitment to maintaining customer data security and confidentiality, aligning our processes with the highest standards.
Strengthening leadership with a new Board
Later in the year, we introduced an exceptional Board of Directors to help guide the company into 2025 and beyond. The board includes company co-founders Haavard Nord and Lars Knoll.
Other directors include Cathrine Bore, the current CEO of Nextron, and Ronaldo Ama, who is currently Chief Development Officer at Snorkel AI and has held senior roles at VMWare, SAP, Google, and Looker.
On the advisory side, Rourke McNamara who leads AI Developer Marketing at Google, and Deren Rehr-Davis, Senior Vice President of Sales at JustCall both bring their marketing and sales expertise to Conclude.
What’s in store for 2025?
Conclude is poised for significant growth in 2025, with key enhancements planned for both our core solutions, including AI advancements and direct chat functionality.
“This year, Conclude is on track to become a fully connected ticketing and top-tier collaboration solution for Slack and Microsoft Teams users,” says Haavard.
“By integrating our solutions, we aim to deliver an unparalleled bi-directional chat and collaboration experience that enhances productivity and reduces the cognitive strain caused by switching between multiple tools.
“Users will also have the flexibility to choose their preferred messaging platform while seamlessly connecting with users on other platforms, eliminating the need for workarounds,” he adds.
Conclude Connect will see further development to simplify the creation and management of internal and external connections between Slack and Microsoft Teams. Meanwhile, Conclude Apps will continue to advance on both platforms, building an efficient, integrated ecosystem that enables users to chat, collaborate, and respond to tickets directly from their platform of choice.
